Botanicals
A short list,
chosen for how it feels.
We keep the label brief on purpose. Three botanicals and a trace of sea minerals, blended into still water in small batches. Nothing is here to pad the list or flatter the marketing. Each one earns its place by the way it lands on the senses.
What’s inside
Three botanicals. Nothing hiding behind them.
We blend in small batches and keep the list short on purpose. Every leaf and flower is here for a reason you can feel, not for the look of the label. Still water, lightly infused, never carbonated, never sweetened.
- Eucalyptus leaf
- Cool and clearing. The first thing the senses notice, like the air after rain.
- Chamomile flower
- Soft, honeyed, calming. The quiet middle note that lingers after you swallow.
- Sea minerals
- A trace of magnesium and potassium, so the body holds the water rather than passing it straight through.
The calm science
Why a slow glass settles you.
No grand promises. A few plain things that happen when water arrives unhurried and lightly mineralised.
-
2 minerals
Held, not passed through
A trace of magnesium and potassium helps the body retain the water it takes in, rather than moving it straight back out.
-
5 minutes
Time to register
Drinking over a few unhurried minutes gives the body the chance to notice it is being looked after, not just topped up.
-
6 count out
Paired with the breath
A slow glass invites a slow exhale, and a longer exhale gently tips the nervous system towards rest.
-
0 sugar
Nothing to chase
No sweeteners, no fizz, no spike and crash. Still water lightly infused, and the quiet that comes with it.
Sourcing
Near, when we can. Honest, always.
We would rather buy a little of something good than a lot of something anonymous. Our chamomile is grown to order by a small grower we have worked with for years. The eucalyptus is dried slowly, never rushed under heat, so the cool note survives the journey into the bottle.
The water itself is drawn close to home and treated as lightly as the law allows. We bottle it in Wexford, by the coast, and send it out at a pace that matches the way it is meant to be drunk.
-
Grown to order
Chamomile from one small grower, picked for the season rather than the warehouse.
-
Dried slowly
Eucalyptus cured without forced heat, so the clearing note holds all the way through.
-
Bottled by the coast
Filled in Wexford in small runs, so each batch leaves us at its freshest.
A gentle index
Everything in the bottle, named plainly.
| Ingredient | Why it is here | How much |
|---|---|---|
| Still water | The base, drawn locally and treated lightly. | Nearly all of it |
| Eucalyptus leaf | The opening note, cool and clearing. | A light infusion |
| Chamomile flower | The calming middle, soft and honeyed. | A light infusion |
| Sea minerals | Magnesium and potassium, so the water is held. | A trace |
That is the whole list. If you would like to taste before you commit, read what others have found, or join the slow letter and let it arrive in its own time.
